What we collect

Your name and phone number — when you book a table on the website, leave a request in an Instagram or Facebook ad, message us on WhatsApp or call us.

Booking details, if you share them: date, time, number of guests and requests.

Anonymous website statistics: pages, device, approximate location. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica collect them using cookies.

Why

To confirm your booking, call you back, answer questions and send an invoice for payment, for example via Kaspi.

To tell you about ÖLEN evenings if you contacted us or left a request yourself. You can opt out at any time — just message us.

To improve the website and ads based on anonymous statistics.

Who else sees the data

We never sell your data or share it for other companies’ advertising. Only ÖLEN staff who handle bookings have access.

Data passes through the services you use to reach us: Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Kaspi for payments, Google and Yandex for website statistics. Each processes data under its own rules.

How long we keep it

We keep guests’ contacts while they are needed for bookings and staying in touch, and delete them on request. Website statistics are stored anonymously under Google’s and Yandex’s rules.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or call: +7 700 522 60 93. We reply within 10 business days.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings — the website keeps working.

We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. By leaving a request or booking a table, you agree to this policy.
